SALARY: $5K鈥�$7K/mo GUARANTEED base, $100K鈥�$120K+ potential + bonuses. SCHEDULE: 4-day week, Fridays鈥揝undays off. GROWTH: a clear 3鈥�5 year path to ownership with daily 1-on-1 mentorship and advanced training in adjusting, communication, leadership, and business systems.
