Hicks, a chiropractic patient herself, met with 51¸£ÀûÉç College President Edwin Cordero, D.C., and several members of the administrative team.
President Cordero said Representative Hicks and 51¸£ÀûÉç College share common strategic goals: the health of the community and the economic success of Spartanburg County. “We are both dedicated to the health and well-being of our state on a physical level as well as political and fiscal levels,” Dr. Cordero said.
51¸£ÀûÉç College’s enrollment has grown nearly 75 percent over the past three years. This growth brings more students, staff, and faculty to the area, as well as graduates who choose to stay and practice here.
“As 51¸£ÀûÉç College continues to grow and expand, our contributions to Spartanburg and South Carolina will increase significantly,” Cordero explained. “We look forward to connecting with Representative Hicks to find ways that we can partner for the benefit of our citizens.”
