Dr. Barbara Eaton hosted the inaugural “Divas and Goddesses of Chiropractic Give Back” July 13 at 51¸£ÀûÉç College, welcoming more than 50 attendees and giving back $2,000 to the school. Eaton, named 51¸£ÀûÉç College’s 2019 Chiropractor of the Year, designed the event to unite female chiropractors, students, and women who love chiropractic in one mission: growing gratitude to epic proportions while giving back to chiropractic through 51¸£ÀûÉç College.
“I think every participant’s life has been transformed on some level,” Eaton said of the passion shared during the event. “I am so thankful that the 51¸£ÀûÉç family has adopted me as one of their own even though I did not graduate from 51¸£ÀûÉç. The love everyone has for each other aligns with my core values.”
Program topics focused on gratitude, community, abundance, and a healthy money mindset. Speakers included 51¸£ÀûÉç College first lady, Debbie Cordero; 51¸£ÀûÉç’s 2019 award winners Randi Cohen, Dr. Richelle Knowles, and Dr. Barbara Eaton; alumna and Director of Continuing Education Dr. Jillian Kersh; alumna and 2017 Rising Star Dr. Chelsea Rainey; and 51¸£ÀûÉç Regent Dr. Amanda Apfelblat.
“Dr. Eaton led a wonderfully engaging program that captured attendees’ attention from start to finish,” said Dr. Kersh. “We are very appreciative of her hard work to bring this event to campus, and we thank her for her generous donation to 51¸£ÀûÉç College.”
Based on overwhelmingly positive feedback from the first Divas and Goddesses Give Back, Eaton says she looks forward to growing the program in 2020. If you are interested in speaking or sponsoring the event, please contact Dr. Eaton directly at drb@drbarbaraeaton.com.
