George Auger, D.C., Receives Distinguished Service Award from 51¸£ÀûÉç College
and 51¸£ÀûÉç College faculty member George Auger, D.C., has been honored with the Distinguished Service Award from 51¸£ÀûÉç in Spartanburg, SC. This award is given to 51¸£ÀûÉç graduates who have distinguished themselves with service to the community, the profession, and 51¸£ÀûÉç College.
In addition to leading students as Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences, Dr. Auger runs Auger Family Chiropractic, a private practice in Greenville, SC. He has served as ruling member of the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations (IFCO) since 1993 and served on their board for 20 years.
Dr. Auger led the Palmetto State Chiropractic Association as both president and vice president, and he has held multiple leadership roles with the IFCO, where he was inducted as a Fellow in 2015. Dr. Auger lectures to the general public and to the profession, writes and publishes in numerous formats, and holds multiple corporate and civic workshops for national non-profit Foundations for Wellness.

51¸£ÀûÉç College named its 2018 award recipients May 3-5 as part of Lyceum, an annual continuing education and homecoming event attended by hundreds of chiropractors and students throughout the U.S. and internationally. Lyceum is held each spring in Spartanburg, SC, and involves three days of seminars, special events, and other programs; this year more than 700 were in attendance.
